Orders received before 1500 EST on Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day. However, all the orders received after 1500 EST on Monday-Thursday will be shipped next day in the morning. Orders placed after 1500 EST on Friday will be shipped on next business day in the morning.

UPS and USPS are both recognized and credible international carrier services. According to both carrier services, all domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days while all international orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Note: We treat your orders with extreme precautionary measures, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier services will also do the same. Furthermore, we cannot be accountable for any mistakes or blunders made by carrier services in delivering your package.

It is every customer’s responsibility to know your state/country laws regarding E-Cigarette before placing an order. We will not be responsible for any kind of delays or overcharges if the product is prohibited in your state/country.
We have described and photographed items available at Longhorn Vapor as accurately as possible. We do our best to keep our products’ information updated.Refunds will only be made in the same means; for instance, you will not be able to receive refunds on any other account except the one you used to pay from. Longhorn Vapor offers a limited warranty of 30 days on all the products available apart from the following:

Customers are requested to properly check the above mentioned products before leaving the store, once the customer leaves the store, these products will not be returned or exchanged due to re-use issues. We ship our products in perfect conditions, however if any of the above products get damaged during the shipment, we accept return in that case.
You should notify the company via E-Mail (info (at) longhornvapor.com) within seven days of purchase if your item or package has been damaged, faulty or in any way defective to claim a successful exchange or a refund. (Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable. In addition, client will pay all the additional shipping charges)
All details regarding the defect of the item should be notified via E-Mail (info (at) longhornvapor.com) to the company. Furthermore, all the package items along with the original packing should be returned in order to successfully claim a refund or an exchange.
Our Company will not offer any kind of exchange or refund if:
- The item has been modified repaired or serviced by any other company or person instead of Longhorn Vapor.
- The item has been physically abused.
- The item has been used in a manner inconsistent to the usage indicated in the manual.
- The item has been utilized for any other purpose than that which it is was intended.
- The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
- Refund or exchange will not be made if any of the items in the original packing are missing.
